First time coming here and loved it! Ice cream was great and the prices were good

Really gone down hill lately. Staff can’t follow basic instructions. Asked for a standard menu arctic freeze with chocolate ice cream. I’ve seen this same thing happen multiple times over the last few weeks. Worker makes the ice cream wrong, then says they have to charge you to make it again right. Ive seen it so many times im considering contacting the Better Business Bureau as it seems like a scheme to double charge customers. Will not be coming back and will be telling my friends and family to find a new ice cream shop. Workers are EXTREMELY rude. Really disappointed at what was once a neighborhood staple. I guess nothing lasts forever

This ice cream shop quickly became one of our favorite weekend stops with the kids. The selection of flavors was much larger than expected, and everything tasted rich and homemade instead of artificial or overly processed. We especially loved that they offered seasonal flavors alongside classic options, which made the menu feel more unique than typical chain dessert shops. Compared to larger ice cream franchises nearby, the texture and quality here felt noticeably better. The employees were patient while our kids took forever choosing flavors, and the entire shop had a cheerful, welcoming atmosphere that made the visit even more enjoyable.
